Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, within a walking distance from the main touristic attractions.

Location was great, ten minutes walk to the centre. Quiet at night. Good sized apartment with a fair sized bedroom and another room with 2 large sofas and table and chairs in it. Also a balcony with table and chairs.

Pool and near all attractions

It has a pool even small one and has a own garden

From outside it looks lovely and have a great greenery around. Inside is also nice and have a very big terase for all guests. Kids enoywd in the pool and cats around

Location was excellent. Close enough to attractive Dalyan centre yet quiet enough. Balcony spacious. Cleaner guy couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Generally good speed WiFi.

Great location. Short walk to centre. Simple accommodation. Cheap and cheerful.

Absolutely nothing. We left the following morning. Our holiday spoiled as we had to find alternative accommodation at extra cost. This money was for trip to Rhodes with accommodation which we were subsequently unable to do and had to cancel due to depletion of funds.

10 min walk from centre of Dalyan, quiet area, rooms great size, very clean, plenty of hot water, staff helpful, had a great stay, would definitely stay there again

We liked it so much we will plan to visit biannually. Great location, great host, big rooms, spotlessly clean, bed linen and towels changed every other day.

Good location near shops and centre of Dalyan. Nice plunge pool and some outdoor space. Owner Hakan was very friendly and helpful.

In a very good position, near to the bars and restaurants. The owner was wonderful, very helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Had a fabulous 3 week holiday. Would recommend it. ?

Quiet but close to centre. Welcoming friendly staff.

We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: because it was so affordable compared to other properties in the area and because of the amazing reviews it had - and thank goodness we did!! Both Hakan and Mine (the housekeeper) are super friendly, hospitable and helpful, and get out of their way to make you feel welcome and that makes all the difference for a wonderful stay for us. The apartments are exactly as pictured in the photos, the pool is kept super clean and if we could have, we most certainly would have stayed longer. Can highly recommend it and hope we'll be back soon. THANK YOU.

Great pool and location. Only a few minutes walk from supermarket and centre. Plenty of space and a balcony with morning sunshine. Excellent fridge.

Great value for money apartment -10 mins walk into centre.

Lovely peaceful location at an absolute bargain price. Very good value for money. The hotel was very clean, great to have free Aircon and the staff are helpful and friendly
